Child safety standards

Our standard
Gather has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Uploading, sharing or requesting it, grooming, or any content that sexualises or endangers minors is forbidden by our Terms and is removed as soon as we find it or are told about it. Gather is not intended for children under 13.
How to report
- In the app: open the photo or video, tap ••• › Report and choose Illegal activity or child safety.
- By email: iamdrb.tech.3@gmail.com. Include the group name and what you saw; do not attach or forward the material itself.
What we do
We review child-safety reports first. We remove the content, close the accounts involved, keep the evidence the law requires, and report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement and comply with child-safety laws wherever Gather is available.
